ENDURANCE

Also called aerobic exercise, endurance training includes activities that increase your breathing and heart rate. Endurance keeps your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves your overall fitness. SPEED

Speed is the ability to reach a high velocity of movement in whatever mode of locomotion:  running, cycling, skating, swimming etc. Speed is built by incorporating the three other pillars: power, strength and endurance.
