Biography:

I have always been fascinated, enthralled and occupied by movement. It’s always been my favorite thing to do as I played countless hours of games with the neighbors and played a multitude of sports on various teams; my favorites being basketball and soccer. As I aged and academics became more prominent, I was drawn to the sciences; Anatomy and Physiology. I also began to develop a passion for golf committing myself to honing my skills as I played on the golf team and increased my exposure by playing in state tournaments organized by the NEPGA Jr. tour. At Springfield College I was introduced to Team Ironsports, a club sport which trained members to participate in Powerlifting, Strongman and bodybuilding competitions depending on personal interest. 

After two semesters in Physical Therapy school I recognized that I am more passionate about the Strength and Conditioning profession and thus directed my studies towards an Exercise Science concentration as opposed to a rehab science concentration for one final semester of undergrad. 

I have been a competitive powerlifter for the past 6 years with a multitude of competitions under my belt. With the CSCS exam on the horizon I am excited to help others become the best versions of themselves through effective programming. I have been working at marathon Physical Therapy as a Fitness and Wellness coach: running high school weight rooms, coaching a multitude of teams to optimize their performance, providing personal training for those looking to get back in shape within the clinic space and working alongside many movement experts (Physical Therapists) to increase my knowledge base.
